There is a wonderful cultural diversity in every corner of the world, each one with its own unique identity, and without a doubt, handcraft are crucial for this, in which every craftsman puts his heart to create authentic pieces filled with cultural spirit from the region. from clothes to food, there is room for everything.

even though of its greatness, there are several barriers to be faced, especially on the competitive market against industrial production, because of its native limitations the situation becomes really challenging, that is why we wanted to learn the process the follow so we might find a solution to help them be better.

After considering several options, we chose Metepec, famous for its clay, in fact there is a street dedicated just to it. Nevertheless, we continued our walk through the town until we found some unique artesanal liqueurs whose flavour is impossible to find anywhere else, these are only make at  the “Licores tipico de metepec” store.

We contacted the owners of the place, they agreed to help with our research and let us spend a whole morning with them, so we could learn everything from their work flow.
